Pond treatment schedule for 2024. This is for algae
and weed treatment of the retention pond located in the south west corner of
the sub off of Dartmouth St. See details

2024 dues have been mailed to homes. Dues this year
are $115. Payment by January 31, 2024. Dues cover all shared
expenses of the subdivision and include, Snow plowing, lawn maintenance,
insurance, and taxes of the common areas, detention pond maintenance, bond
and state registration, mailings, and PO box rental. -
New solar panel rooftop installation guide and restriction.
The restrictions have been modified to allow rooftop solar system
installations. See information for homeowners for the new information.
Any new installations, will still require submission of plans for board
approval. -
